The following Central Services are offered to schools:

 

  • Annual financial audit, filing accounts, and reporting to the DFE
  • Advice and support on budget planning, monitoring, purchasing, capital projects.
  • Condition improvement bids and funding, including project planning and management
  • Premises compliance support.
  • HR advice and support.
  • Recruitment advice and support.
  • Access to Windsor Teaching Alliance professional development (e.g., ITP and OTP)
  • Access to Leadership Development training (e.g., New NPQ programme)
  • Recruitment of new teachers through Windsor Teaching Alliance
  • Support for Newly Qualified Teachers and Early Career Teachers
  • WLP coordinated professional development opportunities.
  • Mentoring for new headteachers
  • Performance management of headteachers on behalf of the trust and in support of Governing Bodies.
  • Monitoring school performance and reporting to governors and the board of trustees.
  • School improvement advice and guidance
  • WLP Headteacher forum,
  • WLP SEND meetings,
  • WLP inclusion meetings.
  • Windsor Curriculum Development
  • Coordination of assessment and moderation
  • Promoting and facilitating collaboration and joint working between schools
  • School to school support and peer reviews.
  • Safeguarding biannual audit and support
  • Health and safety audit and support, including compliance management
  • Support with marketing, website, communications, and media.

  • Policies and procedures support and development.
