Leadership Pay – Statutory reporting over £100k

In compliance with the Academies Financial Handbook, the following table summarises Windsor Learning Partnership employees, across all Trust Schools, whose benefits exceeded £100k per annum.

The requirement to include employer pension contributions within this disclosure is new with effect from September 2021, but the table below has been adjusted below to reflect this requirement over the last 3 years.

Note: The employer pension contribution rate for those members of staff enrolled into the Teachers’ Pension Scheme increased from 16.48% to 23.68% with effect from September 2019. This change was determined by the Government and not by Windsor Learning Partnership

The employer pension contribution rate for those members of staff enrolled into the Local Government Pension Scheme is determined by the Scheme Administrator, and not Windsor Learning Partnership.
