We are currently in a period of consultation regarding the proposal for an introduction of a two-week half term.

The Senior Leadership Team within Windsor Learning Partnership have given this proposal a great deal of thought and discussion. We strongly believe that an extended break would bring significant benefits to both pupils and staff. For pupils, it would provide additional time to rest and recharge, supporting their wellbeing and readiness to learn. For staff, it would offer an opportunity to maintain high levels of energy and effectiveness throughout the academic year, ultimately benefiting the quality of education your children receive.

All headteachers across the Trust have carefully considered the potential impact, and we are committed to ensuring that any changes are in the best interests of our school communities.
