Welcome from Windsor Learning Partnership CEO

I am delighted to welcome you to the Windsor Learning Partnership as I begin my role as Chief Executive Officer from 1st September 2026. It is a privilege to lead a Trust rooted in the Windsor community and committed to giving every child and young person an exceptional education.

The Trust is a family of schools, from the earliest years through to sixth form, working together while preserving the character and identity of each individual school. Our mission is clear: to provide an exceptional education for every pupil, enabling them to fulfil their potential and take their rightful place in the world.

We believe collaboration is one of the most powerful ways to improve education. By sharing expertise, supporting staff and strengthening opportunities across our schools, we can achieve more together for children and young people across Windsor.

Our ambition is to build a Trust that is locally rooted, outward looking and ready to grow; one that places pupils first and works in genuine partnership with parents, carers, staff, governors and the wider community.
