Invitation letters have already been sent to current students and Windsor middle school families, but we’d love to hear from more of our community.

  • CEO visits schools in immersion days across the Trust

    Wed 04 Jun 2025

This term, our CEO, Gavin Henderson is spending time where it matters the most – in our schools. Yesterday, he visited Clewer Green CE First School where he received a warm welcome from both students and staff.

From learning walks to taking assemblies, break duty (in the rain!) to lunchtime chats – Gavin has been immersing himself in the day-to-day life of the schools within our Trust. At Clewer Green, he finished the day by reading the children the tale of “Three Little Pigs” from Roald Dahl’s “Revolting Rhymes” in assembly. The children loved the different characters voices and unexpected twists in the story saying, “we didn’t know Mr Henderson could be so funny – he should read to us every week!”. These immersion days are about more than just visibility. They are about connection, understanding and a shared commitment to providing an exceptional and inclusive education for all young people within our schools.

“By visiting each of the schools in our Trust, I gain a deeper understanding of the schools’ unique strengths, challenges, and cultures. It helps me and my leadership team make better informed decisions, build stronger relationships, and ensure our central support reflects what the schools need”

We’re proud to have a CEO who leads with purpose, vision and heart, learning directly from staff, students, and the school communities.

  • Dedworth Middle School take 4th in Pokémon Primary Schools’ Cup Final

    Fri 23 May 2025

A huge congratulations to Dedworth Middle School, who finished 4th in the country at the national finals of the Pokémon Primary Schools’ Cup hosted at Stoke City Football Club! After a thrilling day of football, the team battled through tough group stages, clinched a dramatic 5-2 win to reach the semis, and delivered some stunning goals — including a 20-yard free kick and a solo dribble worthy of highlight reels. Despite a narrow loss in the semis and a tough 3rd place playoff, the team’s talent, teamwork, and resilience shone throughout.

Headteacher Nicola Chandler praised the players saying “To finish fourth nationally is an outstanding achievement. The players represented Dedworth with pride, passion, and sportsmanship. We couldn’t be prouder.”
